As Viswa has recently entered in the market, it donesn’t have any share in the market currently. But it has an ambition to capture a large market share with the growing demands in the pharmaceutical industry with the help of the latest developments in the products.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE)
VISWA views HSE as an integral part of our business and one which continually impacts our decision making process. Our mission is to stand among the best within the pharmaceutical sector in terms of HSE and are led by our guiding principles: “All incidents are preventable” and “Good HSE means Good Business.”
VISWA policy on HSE and sustainability clearly communicates the organization’s aspirations in these key areas and provides guidance and direction to help our associates in spearheading best in class standards.
We show utmost care for our associates and continually endeavor to provide a safe and healthy workplace. It is understood that attaining safety excellence requires the consistent focus and attention of every associate. We nurture employee awareness through periodical training programs based on internal training assessment exercises and implemented as part of an annual training plan. All new recruits are inducted into the system after a structured training program and compliance and understanding assessed in a post training evaluation process.
We focus on continuous improvement initiatives so as to minimize illness and injury.
We have established procedures for Risk Assessment and Hazard Operability Studies and put in place an HSE assessment mechanism.

The effluents generated are treated up to specified limit and water is recycled by proper treatment which can then be used for gardening.
The solid waste separated at the plant site is sent to an authorized and approved waste management system at Taloja in Mumbai for land filling. This treatment is approved also by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
INSTRUMENTATION :
At VISWA, process development is an integral part of the operations. Continuous process development thrives on continues improvement in process innovation, time cycle reduction, energy conservation, and waste reduction. Scientist are working on various products to develop eco – friendly and essentially safe processes.
The company now has facilities to develop processess from concept to completion.
